"In the early days of COVID lockdown, I took a lot of naps to help with my anxiety. I don’t think I realized how tired I was from grinding away at my job in film and TV until the whole thing came to a screeching halt in early 2020. This song is about waking up into a new reality that I wish I could just sleep off like a hangover." ~ Ben
